Initial service was good but after a diagnosis, I was told what my problem was and how to fix it. After almost 1000$, the problem wasn't fixed. I called back to talk to the shop and instead of apologizing, they told me my car was just "messed up" and what they told me was the problem for sure. The car was then taken to a dealership where they found the problem right away, a simple fuse. Everything would have been acceptable had this shop not been so rude and taken responsibility for their work. Horrible shop.
