Another reviewer gave them 1 star. I don't know why unless it was for the owner (Mark) not being able to figure out basic problems. He gets 5 stars for rotten customer service and 10 stars for temper tantrums. If you want to lose business because their phones and internet don't work, if you want to miss calls, drop calls and deal with a psycho who can't fix technology problems that a high school kid can solve, then this is the company for you. If you enjoy down time and being frustrated, AMA TechTel is for you!

They are one of the WORST internet providers out there. I had AOL before getting them and they were faster. The employees at ama tech tel don't know what they're doing so when we have a problem we have to talk to a supervisor. The plug all of the people out in our area onto one tower so it takes about an hour for a page to load (not exaggerating either. the other day I had a test due for class and I actually missed the test because the internet wouldn't load anything. If I had to recommend them to someone I wouldn't. I'd tell them not even to waste their money. The other problem we had was when we called to upgrade our accounts the idiots there downgraded us instead.
