It was the 1st time I went there. Marcy was my hairdresser. The first day she forgot to cut my hair before giving me the perms so she made another appt with me and never showed up because her family stuff. I went in next day and waited, waited again. I never got the hair cut I already paid for and no apologies or refund whatsoever. Marcy has been a hairdresser long enough that she hates her job and doesn't care or respect her clients anymore. Remember don't go to Marcy!!!!! You don't want someone handle your hair who already hates her job!!!!!!

I felt like they really took their time to produce the best results. Only complaint is it can get rather pricy, but the quality you are paying for is well worth it.
