Hands down one of the best salons in Lubbock! I desperately needed some highlights and googled "highest rated salons in Lubbock" and found Andropolis! They were so helpful and friendly when I called! They were able to get me in with KELSEY the very next day at 9am! The staff was extremely welcoming when I walked in, and Kelsey quickly greeted me and took me back immediately! I cannot tell you the talent this girl has!! I have extremely dark hair and typically walk out with an orangey tint when I try to get highlights. NOT THIS TIME. I told Kelsey that I prefer "cool tones" and that is exactly what I received!! She was able to achieve the color I have always wanted! Most importantly, she was honest and realistic regarding the color we could achieve the first time, while still maintaining the overall health of my hair and preventing chemical damage. This girl was a godsend to my hair, and I will definitely be calling her in the future to take care of my precious locks!! :)

This place is great. Forget about getting your hair getting screwed up at some corporate chain, Andropolis is the place to go for a quality cut. I received my first haircut from them today and I couldn't be happier with the results. The building is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

Have you ever watched an artist? Whatever their choice of expression, be it brush, pencil, or ballet shoes, they become one with it...it becomes an extension of the artist. They work gracefully , intimately...watching is painfully voyeuristic as their creation appears from nothing. Their process is as lovely as the product and it's as natural as a blossom whispering to the ground from a crepe myrtle. So is true of David with his comb and scissors. When he's through, you look as if you've found your own personal, simple perfection. David's work, art is exquisite. D Grant
