Worst customer service I have ever seen and I have worked in food service for almost 15 years. I sat in the drive thru for 10 min without any response, I call the store to make sure they’re open, they are. Place my order, get to the window, I asked for the manager, not to complain but just to alert them to what happened. Turns out the manager is the one with the headset. I said there should be an indicator light on the drive that tells them there’s a customer out there even if the headsets don’t work properly. She said I don’t got time for this and slammed the window in my face. So I left and called the store again, got the GM’s name and the time she would be there and got more attitude. Never should a customer be treated with disrespect in such a way. So if anyone visits this location and has the displeasure of dealing with the “manager” KAY I am sorry. She is terrible!
