They did a job and Gary was a great salesperson. We had some missed communication as to when the carpet arrived, but it was not entirely their fault - I forgot about it! Friendly, easy to work with, and the installers they used were great guys. We enjoyed working with them.

My suggestion is to go somewhere else. Anywhere else. We chose this store for our hardwood floors so we could save about 5% over the competition. Boy did we pay a price for the savings.



Not only did the flooring order get lost (after we paid), but it was mixed up with another persons order and delayed. Approximately 20% of the boxes of boards received were damaged and/or warped beyond repair. The store reluctantly accepted a portion of these. Only a portion of order of end moldings was received and the rest was on "backorder". We have still not received the balance of the order - 7 months later! The pieces have been "misplaced", "lost", or the wrong type/color was delivered. Management has been no help despite repeated requests.



I strongly encourage anyone looking at flooring to avoid this location at all costs. Go anywhere else.
