CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:00pm

So Thursday the 18th, my wife and I thought we would go see the new Rodeo 4. We arrived at 10 minutes after 7pm, when they were suppose to open. There were about 6 people standing in line inside waiting to get in. I asked what was going on and why we were standing in line. They said they were told by staff to wait a few minutes until they were ready to open. After standing in line another 10 minutes I finally asked when we could go in and sit down. Again they said it would be just a few more minutes before they were ready to open. We waited a few more minutes and finally decided if they could not prepare to open on time, it was probably not worth waiting for. To leave the customers standing in line because they were unprepared is unprofessional and shows what the new management cares about their customers. Not once did anyone come to the front to say anything to us. We had to track them down. We left and went to Chances R, where we did not have to stand in line and were treated professionally by the staff. This club has a long way to go to learn how to treat customers. They just flat do not care. I am sure it will reflect on the business and don't look for this club to make it in the long run.

Robert the "manager" ... Explained that if you do not get your ID back he will send be in the mail out after 7 days. Which in fact, was not true!!! He did not even try to help me or answer my questions about DL. I would NEVER trust or recommend this place to anyone!! Enter at your own Risk!!!!
