Wrong order EVERY time we eat here. The manager gives us free meals for the continuous mistakes in our orders but it would be nice to get the food we ordered without the hassle of having to go back through the drive through every time we eat there. Today we ordered a meal through the drive through that the manager gave us free in apology for getting this order wrong a week ago. When i got our bag, free of charge, I parked on the side and checked it just to be sure we got what was ordered. OMG!!! The order was wrong again. How do they continue to do this…especially on a free replacement order given for this very reason!!! I went through the drive through again and got our correct order and told the kids at the checkout that we have this happen EVERY TIME we order here. They looked at me like i was crazy and said have a good evening. Something is wrong with the management of this place. They are kind and apologetic but why don't they fix the problem so they don't have to keep giving free meals and apologizing. Its become the standard and norm for us here. I think I'm no longer going to eat at this location. Hope your experience is better.
