We found a Polaris RZR here at City Auto ATV and spoke with the owner about it several times before driving to Lubbock as we live 4 hours away. He was very nice, sent pictures in addition to the ones we requested of him along with a picture of the title he had in hand. We drove up to Lubbock and looked at the RZR, that was used, and found two minor things wrong with it. First, the tie rod end was bent. Once we pointed it out to the owner he himself got down under the rzr to look at it and straightened it out. Then secondly on the size of the rzr one of the plastic clips was broken and so that part of the body had a little bit of a gap in it, but once again the owner realized it and got it all fixed for us. He was really great and so were all of the other employees.
Also, knowing we were going to be coming in from out of town he made sure to tell us that he was going to be closed the Saturday of that week and gave us a five day heads up.
They were very nice and gave great customer service as they did many things for us that they did not have to do.

We have purchased three 4 wheelers and one Ranger from this place. We were sold the Ranger as brand new....until we noticed it had been wrecked and frame had been welded...this was not noticed until recently. Before finding this out we bought one of the 4 wheelers as "new" and the transmission went out in a month NO warranty NO title still.! The other two 4 wheelers were bought in between these two. If we had know about the ranger or the transmission in the "new" 4 wheeler we would have not bought the two used ones. Please DO NOT buy from this place!
We do not feel there is in any honesty in this business. Stay Away!
