please do your home work before you hire this company (combustion service company) for any of your refractory work !
i was a employee of (CSC) for a year and worked close to greg (owner). before you hire this company make sure

1) ask in detail how they will perform each and every refractory applacation
2) every applacation is different, make sure they explain this and why your applacation will be done in detail
3) ask about the tech's exsperianc, and question the tech himself
4) what kind of warranty comes with each and every applacation ( their all different)
5) ask for a complete walk thru of the applacations they are to perform
6) check on site for out of date refractory, this is a big problem with small mom and pop refractory companies
7) ask about bake out and how it works
8) make sure your applacation is a complete package, ( this company loves add ons)
9) allways get a 3rd quote, this will give you a better undedrstanding on all your bids, and will allow a honest bid, and understand what your asking for before you issue a PO #
