Concentra, treated right. Yeah right. My husband had an appointment there and while he waited for them to see his back he overheard a female doctor saying, "Well why do I have to see him?" Of course never wanting to say anything to avoid akwardness he felt uncomfortable. Next thing he knows she comes in the room sounding flustered and says, "I can't see you right now." They schedule another appointment for him on another day. This is a man with a lot of back pain hoping to get seen, now he has to wait until SHES ready to see him. They say they work hard to treat every patient to a welcoming, respectful, and skillful experience? Give me a break... if we could choose another clinic we would, unfortunately he's stuck there due to a work related injury.
