YOU are relying on. And paying for. An inspection of a large expense and I highly recommend that YOU are present during the inspection. If YOU cannot BE there for the whole inspection it is important to AT least attend the last 30 45 minutes. Pictures MAY BE worth a 1.000 words. But nothing CAN replace a hands on explanation of ANY defects And/or concerns uncovered while inspecting the house. This usually takes around 30 minutes for ME to walk YOU through MY findings. But I will spend AS much time AS needed for YOU to fully understand everything that will BE in the report. After YOU receive the report.
