Unfortunately, I can't give less than a single star, so this will have to do. We stopped in at a local Dominoes and made a simple order for carryout. After 20 mins we returned for pickup and the order was incorrect. We allowed them to fix the order and after reading the ticket out loud to us before they started, they still managed to get the order incorrect.



We should have checked the other boxes in the store, but when we got home, the original order was still incorrect. We called the store, and was told they were too busy to replace the order. We asked for the manager, and was told he had "passed away". Stay away from this store, and please don't waste your money.



Horrible customer service. Incompetent, disrespectful low level employees, and embarrassing manager behavior all add to the great marketing for Dominoes pizza.

We finally went back to get our correct order, and a surprise call from the "dead" manager explaining the error.
