Provided by YPmobileI will not be visiting this place EVER AGAIN first of all they are ridiculously expensive compared to the services they provide...they charge you extra for everything!!!! Things that should already be included in a basic pedicure...I was unhappy after I left so I decided to notify the manager a day later and they told me to come back in. ..well when I got there he wanted me to point out the guy in front everybody as if I remembered what he look like there's over 20 employees and most of them look alike no offense....he finally had another guy come and redo my heels and. thats it

Provided by YP.comFalse advertising. Cut me several times and made me bleed on both my hands and feet. Charged me $220 for 2 manicures and 2 pedicures, was quoted $65 each bringing the services to a total of $130. Prices were printed on their brochure which I had checked before I went ahead with the services. When I confronted the manager about the situation he said "Well it's my business" and gave me a $25 dollar gift card for making me bleed which is stupid. I was charged $90 more than I was told it would cost. Gift card does me no good as I will never be going to this establishment again. It's pretty sad when your 16 year old niece has to see how scandalous people can be.

Provided by YP.comthere $25 comes with NO massage , pedicure was only 7 minutes long... terrible.
my mom had to pay extra for everything , extra this $$, extra $$ that ; came out like a $60 for a 20 minute peidcure; which is compared to other salons which only cost $25 ... avoid this place. the are rude, expensive, not socialable, not Nice at all.

Provided by YP.com11/05/2009 I took a friend to Elite for her first pedicure. When I lived in Lubbock before, Elite was a good place to go. Now that they have expanded they charge you for every little thing that should be a part of the basic pedicure. Such as, smoothing your heels with a pumice stone or other instrument. It was an additional $5.00. The guy, I didn't get his name, messed up the nail polish and instead of removing and starting over, her tried to patch it. I have polish on the sides of my toes. My 6 year old grand daughter can do better than this. I won't ever go back and will tell as many people as I can, not to go. There are many other places who provide this service and they couldn't be any worse than Elite. B. Webster
