My daughter had her nails done there and they told her one price and then add on additional services without her knowledge. They charged her and her friend double! DO NOT GO HERE! They charge you for services without your knowledge and then try to act like you are the one who doesn't understand.

I have never had a bad experience. Amy and Thai are awesome, professional and take care of me every time I call and come in. Amy also does the most amazing job on eyebrow waxing and shaping. She is the best I have ever had.

I went to the place multiple times and had some decent experiences. But the last time I went in, it was the worst experience I have ever had. I got a full set and the person doing them went against everything I asked and then proceeded to charge $50. When I said I wasn't happy they told me to come back the next day. When I came back, I was told I would have to come back again because the person who did my nails wasn't there. I told them I did not want the same person adn would appreciate the charges I shouldn't have been charged and get then fixed. They agreed and set an appointment for the next day. I came back a third time for my appointment and waited almost 2 hours before I was taken care of. The entire time I was there, they were rude to me and in the end would not give any of my money back. This was the worst expierence I have ever had and I will gladly tell everyone I know to NEVER come here.
