This company is an absolute joke. I was a perfect tenant (never missed rent, was never paid late, or anything). I did most of the repairs that were needed at the house myself. In return, they kept my deposit due to cleaning and mowing. I had the property cleaned and the house cleaned before I moved out.(Which was not done prior to moving in) I was in the same house for 3 years and maintained it like my own. Renters and potential tenants beware of FirstMark. They will do anything they can to not refund your deposit and put things off on you that come with a 75 year old home in Tech Terrace. Very rude and immature individuals that are so called "property managers". The company is a SCAM.
