My Dad and Mom have been a loyal customer of gene messer ford since 1970. In 2009 My Parents took their new 2009 f150 to get repaired for hail damage. In August of '09 they took the truck back because the "body shop" left:
1. weld holes on the "new roof"
2. the paint on the roof was flaking off
3. compound in all the gaps
4. the paint on the hood was bubbling
In 2011 My Parents took the truck back to the "body shop" for:
1. water leak from the back glass
In 2014 3rd time They took their truck back to the "body shop" for:
1. the emblems on the fenders and tailgate came off.
2015 My Parents came to vist me in San Antonio. It was raining and guess what? Yes, here we go again:
1. the back seats were soak and wet. water dripping from the top corners in the back. Water leaking from the back glass and the 3rd break light.
2. the paint on the hood bubbling again
And this time My Parents decided NOT to take it back to gene messer ford. And Yes I'm married to a body tech. But like I said we live in San Antonio. They have it at another body shop there in Lubbock. The stuff they found wrong with the truck is so unbelievable!
3. the bottom of the back seat has rust
4. rust around the frame of back glass
5. both of the side airbags have weld holes from were they weld the new roof.
6. rust on 3 other parts of the inside cab
gene messer ford is just "passing the buck"!!
My Parents DO NOT deserve to be treated this way! They DO NOT deserve the disrespected!! Therefore gene messer ford has lost the most loyal costumers My Parents! And also 3 out of 6 of their kids get their vehicles from gene messer ford, but guess what NOT no more! NOT After having our Parents treated this way!!

We got a new truck over thr weekend and our sales person was so nice and wasn't pushy! It was nice to be made comfortable while we went through the process of getting a new truck.
