It is a privilege to write a review about Grimes Insurance Agency in Lubbock. We have been customers of Grimes Insurance for more than twenty five years. They have always been one step ahead of us when we have had any kind of a problem. The agents have always gone above and beyond our expectations to make sure that we were completely satisfied in every situation. We moved to Jacksonville, Texas twenty three years ago, and there is no other insurance company for us except Grimes Insurance in Lubbock. Even living out of town, they are quick to help us. I would never dream of changing companies. The personnel sell the company and Marianna Grimes is a class act. Not only do the agents exhibit expertise and professionalism, but they also become your friend.
