I would Rate this company 0 Stars if I could, Its been almost three yrs.
Shawn never came to fix the house, he stopped answering our calls. I even started writing him, We had some people come out and look at the house, and they said the house is literally splitting down the middle. So in January we stopped making payments, In then finally in May we heard from Shawn, who said he would send somebody out, but they never showed, then he called us in June 2013 telling us that we had to pay him before he would have the house fixed, we told him no, and here we are, we went to court, Shawn told the judge that we were renting the house not buying, So to the judge we looked like another family trying to get out of paying rent, so she sided with Shawn & evicted us, giving us 5 days to pack up and move, so we think we have a house??? but we're still waiting for him to complete repairs.. Deja Vue Shawn is fixing to have me & my family homeless again. we asked him for 2 weeks to move, and he told us no, five days then he was coming to get the house ... Oh yeah, I asked about the money down he denied it, so they told me to write a letter asking for our down payment/ deposit back on the house. So since 06/05/13 Ive been packing, If you think of buying anything from this man, make sure to do your research, he is being sued by contractors, movers, and a host of families like mine. In 2004 I purchased a mobile home from Shawn of Integrity Mobile Homes in New Deal, Texas. Shawn told me he was bringing an identical model from Oklahoma that was in better condition. I stressed to him that it had to be identical. The home he delivered and set up on my dad's property was in fact SMALLER IN SQUARE FOOTAGE than the Lakeside model I selected.
After I returned from Florida to visit my dad in April, 2016, I discovered the home was not identical at all. It was smaller and there was no working AC, which had been promised.
Unfortunately, I paid Shawn cash.
Folks, Shawn is a dishonest, lying crook. He will not follow up on your complaints and he will not acknowledge any promises made to you.
There are plenty of other places to buy mobile homes. Save yourself the aggravation and keep from wasting your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
