Bad customer service!!! I called to ask a question on my Troy-Bilt lawn mower and the lady just starts yelling at me saying she's no longer a Troy-Bilt dealer. Well I did not know that obviously that's why I called to ask, there was no reason for her to yell at me! From just the phone call experience I would not recommend going there, yelling at a customer for asking a simple question is ridiculous!!!!!

I don't have one good thing to say about this place.

Out of the many times visiting this establishment, there has yet to be a pleasant experience, especially with service.
