i had an account with them for 3 months payments were on time and had service shut off due to moving. Now 6 months later after I had already forgotten about even having service with them I now have a collection of over $1000 on my credit report from them!! Customer Service when I called was rude and all they said was I owe money and could pay them or pay the collection agency wouldn't give me any info as to why I had a balance.

My bill for 1 month was $639...doing NOTHING different...IT should be illegal to do what they are doing...We have no choice to pay it or sit in the dark and fry to to death...go figure money makers, must be nice!!! Someone will SOON find out how crooked you are, soon, soon!
