WORST service I have ever received, ANYWHERE.

Dropped off some products to have upholstered, and was given a fair price and a two week time frame, sounded good with me, so I handed my product over and went on my way.



I called him 3 weeks later to see what the deal was, and he made some on the spot excuse about his supplier being out of town.



Another couple weeks go by, then a few more, then a few more, his employes had a different story then he did when I was able to catch him out of the "office" on a lunch break or when he just was too lazy to show up to work I guess. Keep in mind I was not asking for anything out of the ordinary, it was a simple job that these guys have a reputation of doing quickly and proficiently.



After THREE months of countless lies and made up stories this guy has the nerve to try and charge me more than our original price. If anything I expected a better deal so he could make a customer happy and make up for the lack of punctuality.



I would not go back there if I had a lifetime of free labor from these guys.



Terrible service, shady business practices, virtually zero professional conduct, and customer satisfaction is not even part of their business plan.



Took the same job to Fisher Auto about a month later and had a 2 day turn around with a better price, and it came with a tour of the shop and introduction to the specific employee that was going to work on my piece.
