I had a horrible experience here. I made and confirmed an appointment, but when I got here, I was told they had decided to cancel it. They claimed they had tried to call me, but I had no record of a call, no voicemail, and no email. When I asked what could be done, because I had taken off of work and paid for a Lyft ride to get here, they said the earliest they might be able to schedule something would be May. Deeply unhelpful, inconsiderate staff. Do not come here, and do not waste your time.

Dr. Perales-Hull is a fantastic doctor! I've had to visit her numerous times in the last year and each visit was pleasant. The staff and nurses are very friendly and they are usually pretty prompt with the appointments. One of the things I like most about seeing Dr. Perales-Hull is that she takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns and she answers them thoroughly. I never have the feeling that she's in a rush (even though she might be) and is just there to make a living. She's like a part of our family now.
