I have been coming here for years, though not because I want to, it is the closest place to my house and my kids love it. It is also the easiest one to stop to by on my way home from work. Tonight I had a few things that posed an issue. I asked to talk to the manager and the girl at the window rolled her eyes, this I’m used to, having GM’d a few restaurants. What really irked me though was when the MOD sent his MIT to talk to me instead of doing so himself. Manager finally came to the window just to tell me that he wouldn’t talk to me. I pulled up to the next window after having been asked to, being told the MOD would come talk to me, just to have the police called on me because I wanted to talk to the manager. I am beyond appalled at the disrespect and disregard for customer satisfaction at this particular establishment. I will not return, had the manager just talked to me there probably would have not been any issue.
