The food is okay, but the service is SLOW

For "fast" food, it is unheard of to wait 10 minutes in a drive-thru after you place your order. Or to wait 4 minutes for 1 dollar burger when there are 3 cars ahead of you. When the person working the drive-thru is more concerned about socializing than getting orders out, it's time to find someone else. Talked to manager about it, he didn't apologize or anything like that, he simply said "well, we can only give you your food as fast as our grill will make it." They need a new manager/drive-thru workers.
