This is the WORST Volvo Service department EVER!!! No communication... conflicting stories... and an air of "let me get your money". Dishonest was the overall feeling I go from my interaction. Take your Volvo to Dallas for service if you can... and if your car is incapacitated TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

By FAR the worst Service Department I've ever had to dissatisfaction of dealing with. Their mechanic Chad Flournoy couldn't fix a simple noise, not even after my taking it in three times and spending over $2,000 on parts and labor. I told them I wanted to remove a very large and expensive part that they unnecessarily installed and put the old one back in, since it still didn't solve the noise issue. They said they would have to charge me twice for labor fees if they did that. I will never recommend them to anyone! The service manager was not even willing to admit the truth. Instead she just continued to lie for her employee and would not admit that Chad did not know what the problem was and he was just blowing smoke... They wasted days and days of my time and all they did was steal money from my pockets. They still have not fixed the problem and I'm tired of them playing the guessing game and changing their stories to try and cover up their last lie. I will not give them another cent! Take your Volvo elsewhere if you need it worked on because their mechanics, especially Chad, does not know a damn thing when it comes to diagnosing and repairing a problem.

I love this place! Bought 2 vehicles there, and have my Mazda serviced there. Take great care with my vehicle and very informative
