Absolutely unprofessional. Out of the 7 times I tried to go see someone during their God-awful office hours for anyone with a full time job, they were actually there once. What is the point in having office hours posted if you are never there during them. The method of sliding your rent check underneath a door is not only a good way to possibly lose a check, but its just completely unprofessional. If you can't put together a proper dropbox then you should definitely have someone there to take checks at the very least. There's no conformation system in place if you put in a maintenance request online. You just have to hope they got it and wait and see if someone contacts you about it. All in all they don't go by their own stated rules or OP from their own site. Will never rent from them again. If I could have awarded 0 stars I would have.
