Kyle Howard is the best! When you enter his store, it becomes immediately apparent that you are not paying a premium for a fancy atmosphere. His surroundings are simple. What you get, instead (at a discounted price), is the personal service of a highly trained professional who knows his trade well. He is a polished, refined gentleman who personally waits on each of his customers. You’ll only see him. He has been in solo practice for years and draws on his experience to provide the highest available level of care and expertise. During the CoVID-19 pandemic, he allows one customer and a family member to enter at a time. It would be good to take something to read, while you wait in your car. It is well-worth the wait. You won’t be disappointed. Also, take your mask, … he wears one.

My 70 year old mother has been a loyal costumer of Midwest for over 20 years...and today she was not only humiliated and insulted by an employee but she was treated like a criminal for requesting maintenance on her glasses. The lenses of her glasses did not fit right and kept popping out, she had always been able to go in and get them adjusted until today. She was told, in front of other costumers, that she needed to leave the premises and that she was a troublemaker by the new manager. He told her that he was upsetting his only employee, who had been previously bad mouthing her about fixing her glasses. She did not cause a scene and left...as she say in her car, hurt and confused, she noticed he was writing down her license plate number. What a disgrace to treat our elderly in such a matter...very disappointed ����
