I took my previous dog there for years, and have only taken my current dog there once, but staff has always gone out of their way to make sure my nervous pup is comfortable, even to the point of getting on the floor to talk to her and pet her until she's ready to go with them. They do a great job and are reasonably priced.

I have been taking my pets to Reesas for over 15 years. Reesa is a very caring person and I love how my pets are always happy. I have a senior Schnauzer and a younger Yorkie poo. Here is a picture of my recent yorkie poo after leaving the groomers yesterday. Thank you Reesa for all you do.

I have just started taking my Gracie girl to Resas & it has been the BEST. Thing to happen to me & my sweet fur baby Gracie. The staff is execellent, the service is excellent, & gracie loves it. I’ve had issues in the past with different groomers which ultimately led me to Resas, and I’m so glad I found them. Everytime I walk in the door they get excited to see Gracie. Super friendly and kind. On top of that their work is EXCELLENT. I will never go to another groomer again. Thanks resas!

They do a great job with all of our dogs, the only complaint we have is the young lady that works up front. She is always very rude and unprofessional. It seems as though that any requests or changes we have seems to bother her. She has no idea how to provide polite customer service.

Resa and her staff care about your dogs as if they were their own. Walking into resa’s k-9 salon is like walking into a family reunion. Everyone is happy and willing to give your dog and you the best experience possible. Resa and her staff are always 100% reliable and friendly and will not let you down. I highly suggest choosing resa’s k-9 salon as your regular go-to for anything dog-related. They have healthy dog food and treats, homemade dog beds and outfits, as well as fantastic customer service. I love Resas. I’ve been taking my fur babies to her since about 2005. No complaints. Resa & her staff are all excellent!! Kudos!! I highly recommend this place.

I have been using them for 2.5 years. When I first started I would pick up worried pup around 3:30. He never liked going. Then I started using the push to front of line 1 hour service for extra $20. This week, I didn’t pay the extra. Dropped him off at around the same time as I usually do. He was practically the last one out the door as they were closing at 6. I went into salon around 5:30 and they were grooming him on the table. When we got home he had fleas on him, didn’t have them before we went and now my other dog has got them. They’ve lost my business cuz I drop off early and he was the last one they did that day out of 150 dogs? I think my dog sat in a kennel all day and was punished cuz I usually pay the extra and they intentionally did him last to make me pay extra the next time, instead of getting him to me at 3:30 in afternoon like they did before I started paying extra. And now both my dogs scratching like crazy cuz of fleas.

I initially took my sweet girl there based on reviews. This was only our second visit there. First visit there went fine but second visit not so. As soon as I walked in I could hear the staff sighing cause I arrived as a walk-in. They were very busy. They called me after about an hour and said she was ready to be picked up. I took my small baby home but she was shaking the whole way home. She was constantly coughing as if something had hurt her throat. She was very withdrawn the rest of the day and when my husband came and picked her up by reaching under one of her arms, she squealed and growled at my him as if it was sore. She did not eat the rest of the evening and when she’d fall asleep she would suddenly wake up crying. She was only there for a short time but I can tell it wasn’t pleasant visit for her. Be very careful dropping your babies off at groomers. I will not be returning.

I love Resas Salon! I have taken my Bully twice now. He is a rescue with a bit of a unique disposition as he was beaten so badly before he became mine. All I had to do was explain that he gets scared very easy before I brought him in and every staff member (knelt) down for him as he came in to make him more comfortable. They all loved on him and gave him the five star treatment! The cost is very very reasonable considering that I’ve paid double for less service at our local chain groomer. He gets a precious boy bow on his collar every time and he smells amazing when I pick him up! His nails are very very tough but they even trim those without hurting him. I cannot day enough great things about this salon and it’s staff! They have my business for life!

I absolutely love Resas K9! I've been taking my teacup yorkie Lily here for several years and they know exactly how to make her look like a calendar dog and have fast same day service and friendly staff :) I will never take her to another groomer.

My dogs love going to Resa's. Very professional. Yes they are busy ...I would wonder about the business if they were slow. Voted "BEST OF LUBBOCK" also. "BEST OF THE WEST" every year for a reason!!. Great grooming job and Resa is very informant on dog issues. My dogs love the experience. Very gentle with the dogs...You can see the groomers and they are very loving to the dogs. Will go no where else!!!

Great place! A very busy shop but that obviously means lots of doggies love to go there! Clean and smells good inside.

Sugar and prissy love the word lets go see resa and get pretty. They get soooo excited start turning circles cant wait for the door to the garage to open and get in the car. The employees are all very kind and loving to all the dogs. Ive never seen anything different I love the quality of their work my dogs ALWAYS look beautiful wouldn't go anywhere else in the world. Resas is the BEST!!!!
