I had my windshield replaced in the Midland area around the end of May. We were told at that time that there was a lifetime warranty on the workmanship. My SUV sustained a couple of chips and my husband tried to work through this company to get them fixed while in town. That didn't work out, so he went with another company. The young man that fixed the chips said that the original installation was not done correctly. The Midland technician had installed the rubber molding backwards. The people in Lubbock would not honor the lifetime workmanship because of the chips my car sustained after the installation. We were not told that the warranty was only good until your windshield sustained more damage, then the warranty is null and void. So, why call it a lifetime warranty when it can be null and voided by a chip in a window. What are the odds of that not happening. This is just a marketing gimmick to get your business. I will not use this company again and neither should you. Also the plastic molding around the bottom of my windshield was left loose. There was only one screw in place to hold the molding on when I got home.
