The service was great thanks to Daniel was my first time going there and exspect going back very soon, the food came quickly and was hot had the chicken fri and it was large and had a awsome taste that melts in your mouth and cuts with a fork, going for the rib eye on next visit I'm sure it will cut with fork too

We have gone to many restaurants here in Lubbock and for years gone to Cattle Baron-which we will never go to again!!. Let me tell you-Texas Land and Cattle ("TxLC") is ABOVE and BEYOND what we expected. When you go, make sure you get James as your waiter-he is knowledgeable and everything he referred was right on the money. He made our visit one to remember! He suggested some great appeatizers and to try the lemon zest dressing on the salad. Well, he was right. I never had such a flavorable salad dressing ! It was to die for. And the sirloin he suggested-oh my-what a delight! It was so tender you can cut it with a fork and mine was well done! James treated us like his own family-giving us more of everything-bread, butter, toppings for our baked potatoes and more bread and butter. We didn't have to ask for anything - James was anticipating our every need.

I highly suggest you go to "TxLC" and request James for your server. I commended James and the seating hostess to the manager and he was very pleased and appreciated our comments. The money is well worth what you get and if you want great food and great service, "TxLC" is the place to be. Forget the rest, especially Cattle Baron-which on a scale from 1-10 where 1 is fantastic, I would rate Cattle Baron a minus 55!
