RUN FAST!!! this is the worst place to live in Lubbock! They only care about $$money and keeping people hostage with a lease! Sometimes life happens, and people need to leave for health reasons, or to stay sane.... they DO NOT care - they told my Son the only way our of his lease is if he "DIES"!!!! or finds someone to take over his lease.....but who in the heck wants to live here.... NOBODY!!! This weekend his car was totaled while it sat in the parking lot - the police are always being called out there to break up parties... etc.... simply ridiculous!! DO NOT LIVE here.... Period!

Mmm i haven't lived here at all and seeing these reviews and the apologies that the "Business Respnse" has to make for all of the mistakes, i don't think so.

If you like having random people barge into your apartment without knocking, then this is the place for you!



The Pros:



It's one of the cheapest student apartments around town.



There is a bus during the semester, but it does not stick to its schedule.



The Cons:



Creepy maintenance staff that will barge into your apartment without knocking or notice. If maintenance is in your apartment, make sure they only use their own tools. They used my towels and tools when working in my apartment one time. I also had one of them leave my door wide open for an entire day while I was at work.



Horrible staff. Yes, they are friendly, but they are incompetent idiots. They cannot help you with a problem that requires more than 5 brain cells. Also, keep a copy of your lease when you sign because they will never show you your lease when asked.



The gates do not close. Random strangers are all over the complex. They are at the pool, the volleyball court, the tennis court, the basketball court, the lounge area, and the workout room.



This place gets loud. The complex loves to throw loud parties, especially during finals week.



The part about the gates not working means that very creepy strangers will throw loud parties in the common areas.



The apartment itself isn't fancy or in the best condition but it works for the price you pay.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL ... the outside of the facility and the model home are beautiful. They lure the students in with parties and freebies. Moved my daughter into a supposedly "updated" apartment this weekend. It was filthy. We thought may they have just missed cleaning this apartment, which is understandable. But apparently they were all that way. I complained. They promised so send someone up to clean. He spent 3 minutes doing nothing. I complained again. Management promised to have maintenance meet them at the apartment to clean it. Never happened. My daughter has to use a bathtub that will not come clean and an open pipe from the ceiling. The floors were filthy. There was food underneath the couch cushions. The washer has no knobs and has to be turned on with a pair of pliers. The dishwasher does not shut properly. I understand you have to clean some when moving in an apartment that has been used by someone else and even small problems are expected, but this was unsanitary. I felt bad leaving my daughter there, but the lease was signed. I WOULD NOT recommend this complex to anyone else.
