If you need glasses this is the best in Lubbock!

You go in sign in and then go look at glasses. They are busy sometimes that's why you sign in.

My glasses have to be made special the manager there personally takes the measurements needed! He makes damn sure they are correct before I take them home.

crap for brains!

first of all, if you read the reviews by the "satisfied customer" she wrote the same junk on 12/22/2009 at like 10 stores!, I wish i would have read THAT before going! The line was horrible! I waited 40 minutes before anyone asked to help me. On top of that, I hadn't even been directed on what to be doing while I was waiting. I finally got help and not even a hello, my name is ...... . They filled my prescription glasses Not in an a hour but next day. Which again, had to wait another 45 minutes to get the glasses adjusted, where the girl didnt want to really help with. Overall, understaffed, rude and crap for brains!
