I definitely recommend this place i got a great deal on a two day stay and the customer service was excellent. The hotel it self is wonderful very clean environment and has all the necessary things. My room was very nice and neat beds were very comfortable it also had a mini microwave & a mini fridge. My family vacation here was wonderful my kids enjoyed the swimming pool and loved the breakfast buffet.My stance here over all was economic,excellent,comfortable,clean

We really love staying at this hotel. We've been staying there over the last few years since our girls are attending college in Lubbock. They are so nice and always accomidating. The breakfast is always hot and fresh and love their happy hour.

Had a pleasant 2 night stay for my daughters Texas Tech orientation. The location is clean and the staff was cheery. Second night George was very helpful which made our stay even better. Thanks George.

staff was polite and knowledgeable got lost and gave good directions to get to the hotel. They were even nice to give us a late check out due to my son's flight didn't get in until 3 am We will be back

Stopped here after a long drive. Jorge was extremely friendly and helpful from booking to check-in. Our room was perfect; cean, comfortable, stylishly decorated and NEW! Breakfast was ready on time and it and the coffee was delicious. Best of all we get points thru Wyndham rewards towards a free stay.

Excellent hotel, staff, and very comfortable. But pricey. First night was two days before Texas Tech's graduation, it was reasonable at about $120, tried to extend, but the next night was upwards of $300. Unreasonable. I ended up driving to Amarillo and stayed at a 5 star hotel for less than $180.

We came to Lubbock for graduation at Texas Tech. We were meeting the rest of the family and had sleeping arrangements all worked out. Then my neice came down sick and running fever. We panicked because my daughter was suppose to be staying with them. Jorge, the night time guy on duty was extremely helpful. He was unsure as full as the hotel was that they even had a roll away bed left. Then, he wasn;t sure it would fit in the room we were in.
However, he found us a bed and we were able to make it work by moving a few items in the room. If I ever come back to Lubbock, I would stay here and ask for Jorge.

Our kids really enjoyed the modern furniture. They felt they were staying at a high end modern hotel. The pool was a little small. There was plenty of restaurants nearby as well as things to do.
