Our specialty is "Jersey style, thin crust" pizza, served up in Downeast Maine! We’ve spent years perfecting our dough recipe and the secret, of course, is in our sauce! Our cheese of choice is Bacio’s whole milk mozzarella. We hand spin and stretch each pizza pie, then bake it in a very, very hot deck oven.
