We had Maxwell put in heating and air system 20 years ago. Recently we found out there was some ducting issues that cost us some substanial money to re-route. I contacted Maxwell and without hesitation, they paid for the cost to re-route the ducting. Quality company folks.

The tech that showed up was extremely rude and arrogant. He said they couldn't get parts for our furnace anymore and we needed a new one. My wife called to get info on getting a new furnace, they didn't call back for 2 days. We called another company, and they said they could get the parts in a day or 2. He got the parts the next day and had it fixed that afternoon. We will not be giving Maxwell any of our business and definitely will not recommend them to anyone.
