Absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. My edge has been in there 3 times and these fools have no clue what they are doing. My last conversation was trying to explain my problem for the 3rd time to a girl that had no clue what I was talking about. DO NOT GO TO GREAT LAKES FORD!

Horrible, The car they sold me needed over $3000 in work that they wouldn't cover after 3000 miles and it wasn't some clunker from the back of the lot, i paid over 14000 for a truck that was "dependable" and 'Well maintained' and they said it had a 160 point inspection that missed over 3000 in repairs. I wouldn't recomend to anyone, and let everyone know that this is the kind of service you can expect from your small town dealer .
