Crooks, I would give them a 0 if I could. They came to my house because my furnace was not working. They showed up and said it was a control switch. They were in my house for under 5 minutes. They said they had a part for another furnace until they could get the right part. They were supposed to come back the next day with the right part. 3 days later they show up and put the part in, about 2 minutes. Then when they left my furnace didn't work at all. So I called and they came back and replaced another part that was the bad part in the first place. 10 minutes later they were gone. When I got the bill in the mail, THEY CHARGED ME $300 for a "diagnostic" that they were wrong about and left me without heat for 3 days!! They charged me for both parts- which one of them they didn't need in the first place. The guy that came out said "it won't cost very much". I looked up the parts that they replaced. They were $16 online. They charged me over 10 times what the wrong part cost. NEVER AGAIN!! I'm calling Premier Heating from now on, if I can't find the solution on YouTube and fix it myself. THEY ARE LAZY, INCOMPETINT, CROOKS!
