Do not deal with any Santander Bank! They have an excuse and a fee for everything! If you have a mortgage with them, they will not give you a penny of interest on the money they keep and use and will demand an excessive amount for a slush fund. Try to get out? There's a fee for that! Try to get them to do bill pay? there will be some way they either do not pay on time or charge you a fee!
