I just moved to Ludowici, GA and was overjoyed that there was an IGA here.



Last week, I entered the store and cashed my paycheck and was happy to shop your store. I thought that the staff was very polite and even though the store is quite small, I was able to purchase everything I needed.



But today I entered your store to repeat the process but unfortunately waited for the Manager to come to the Customer Service Desk for over 45 minutes. In that time, they lost 3 other customers who were also waiting. The cashier and stocker was very apologetic and checked on us several times. But even though management was paged several times, they failed to arrive.



So I left and went to Walmart and bought my week's worth of groceries from them. Upon arriving home and relating my story to my family that has lived here for years, I was informed that my experience today is the normal business practice for this particular store. They advise me that they, and everyone they knew in town, had a horror story about your store and that none of them shopped there anymore.



I have been a loyal customer in my last place of residence but to wait for a Manager for 45 minutes is inexcusable and therefore I will not be shopping this store in the future.
