There are not enough people there to answer the phone at the Lufkin office. The menu is setup so that there is no possible way to speak to someone if you have a question. There is no doubt in my mind that they do not want to answer calls. The system is designed to make people drive to the office if they need help. This causes an already money stressed class of people to use money for gas that they do not have. This seems terribly insensitive to the peoples' needs and defeats the purpose of this agency. I finally found a menu that offered to speak to someone. I have been listening to the recorded promises of someone caring and taking my call for 15 minutes. It claims they are helping other callers. This is not the first time this has happened to me. This is the way the system is setup and it should be illegal. They do not wish to be contacted by telephone. It is that simple and blatantly obvious to anyone who tries to call for help. I am just going to let the recording play for awhile and see if anyone ever actually answers the phone..........

One hour has passed and the recording which promised an answer "in one moment" is still saying that it will be just one more moment. Ok. I give up.
