Raceway Motors ended up buying our vehicle back at our request. We offered the dealership one of our trade-ins because it seemed fair. They fixed some issues on our 2006 Jeep Commander we traded in at purchase and nothing in life is free. They accepted our offer and kept the Mitsubishi Galant.
This has been a nightmare on our end as well as the dealers end. I understand things happen. A car is a machine and sometimes, they just malfunction. Not the dealers fault or ours. It was the car.
With our experience, however, the owner spoke multiple times to us about the losses he was incurring from the problematic vehicle. I still have trouble comprehending how this was the buyers problem?
Raceway did go above and beyond to help us, I will say that. They did more than some places would and for that, we are grateful.
I will add this to my review. Do NOT believe all the "excellent" and "outstanding" reviews online. It was not disclosed that Raceway Motors uses "incentives" in the form of $29.95 synthetic oil changes in return for positive reviews which is considered, by FTC law Chapter 5, to be a unfair or deceptive act or practice.

Ray my salesman worked very hard getting me the vehicle I wanted.he was friendly courteous and professional.all the crew at raceway were great.thanks ray Lanny and all the team.

I have purchased both mine and mine husbands vehicles from Raceway. We have both very satisfied with the service we got from Raceway and our vehicles.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car at a fair price and good service.
