Richard D Byler DDS is great at handling billing. They work with your insurance reimbursements.

This has been my dentist for the past decade. The people that work here are always friendly with me.

Everything here has been going very well here. My spouse has been a patient for a few years, so I thought I would become a patient as well. Dr. Byler is excellent.

Been coming here for over 16 years now. Each and every one of the staff members are top-notch.

I would highly recommend Dr. Byler and his dental staff to anyone in the Lufkin, TX area. He is very knowledgeable and is very friendly with all his patients.

This place is great. The staff there are very friendly, and they do anything they can to keep a smile on their customers' teeth.

They always get things done, you never have to wait for them they are always ready when you are. They treat all their patients very well and make sure all my needs are taken care of.

The team at Dr. Byler's is just amazing. They are caring and friendly. I feel very comfortable there because of them.

Dr. Byler's office is always kept clean and tidy. It's always very clean when I am there for my appointments.

When I my fillings done with Dr. Byler, he took the time to listen because I required special medication. I feel comfortable talking to everyone there because they listen to me, and always comfort me if needed.

Last time I was in there to have my brakes replaced I was amazed with how fast it went. In the mean time I enjoy talking with Cheryl and having a cup of coffee. I completely trust these guys!

Dr. Byler and his staff are the greatest. When I had my fillings done they were so good about listening to my requests with medication and just always listen to me. Not only that but they are so comforting.

I like the staff and doctor. I'm well taken care of....he takes care of all of my family as well.

Everything has been very good here. The staff is nice, they talk to you like they are your friends, and work really well with kids.

Overall from my comfort level here to the through dental work they do it has been pretty good. They know me by name when I walk in and I don't have to wait long for an appointment.

I like how Dr. Byler is able to fit me into his schedule with no problems. The people there are just nice and friendly and Cindy the receptionist is so nice!

For 7 years now we have been going to Dr. Byler's office and we first heard about him through my son's orthodontist. The office is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, and on top of it all Dr. Byler does amazing work. I don't think there is anything possible that they can improve on because they do such a great job.

Dr. Byler and his staff has provided me with excellent dental care over the years. They are very professional and have a very warm atmosphere in their office. It is a positive experience every time I go in for an appointment.
