Best deal in town for good service. Bundle is affordable and internet is very fast. Plenty of competition in Lufkin but Suddenlink is the best value and service by far.

Poorest of all bad reputation is Suddenlink. They charge $119.75 for basic internet & TV. They want to gouge you for about $150 a month. They don't offer any discounts or credits ever!

They false advertise for $39 a month (only to a select few switching from a dish) and $69 a month for bundling (only to a select few switching from a dish). They tell you it is not available for anyone who has ever had service with them!

Their customer service reps are trained to talk down to you and speak to you as everything you say, they call you a liar!

They refused to disconnect my service, harassed me to pay them for a full month of service after I moved! It was all about their billing cycle; not at all about the customer. They took 9 days to log that I returned their equipment!

They will turn you over to collections for $75! Greedy Monsters!

What can we do? Contact the Attorney General in St. Louis, MO, their headquarters and file a complaint under deceptive trade practices.
