I would give negative stars if I could. purchased nearly $5000 worth of appliances. First delivery they bring the wrong refrigerator but correct stove. We go to the store and find out the refrigerator I purchased doesn’t come in black stainless, so they just picked one close to it. Now having to order both appliances in regular stainless steel. Of course the manager is not there. So now the second delivery 8 Days later comes and the correct refrigerator is delivered but the wrong stove! On top of this the delivery persons acting crazy, tears up/ damages the returning refrigerator, and doesn’t connect the refrigerator nor puts the filters in. We called and notified the store of this behavior. So go up to the store again and of course the manager is not available! This time it’s going to take another 5-7 business days for them to deliver my stove. This has been going on for a month! I wonder if I will get the correct stove. I will be complaining to the Home office. Did I mention I bought this as a mother’s day present for my 75yr old mother!
