Great food, the cooks are soo much fun & funny, the waiters are sweet except for the tall skinny women with a short hair cut she’s rude..

I come here usually once a week for for a quick lunch by myself or a dinner with my family. The service is great!, the food is amazing!, and atmosphere takes away all the stresses that comes with day to day life!. David, the assistant general manager, knows me by my name and always provides radical service!!! This is hard to find in restaurants now a days.

My family and I dined here last week. I thought the surf and turf was fantastic, the service was friendly and I have decided to make this a weekly staple.

Tokyos in Shreveport is very good service and all, and one lady I work with loves the one in lufkin so my husband and I are taking family out tonight to try it!!

In the past I loved Tokyo and would go everyday for lunch. But lately They have had the worst customer service. On my birthday I had a friend that came in to join us while we were having our food cooked and the staff yelled at her and ordered her to sit with another table. They are very unprofessional. They would not even give her a drink and did not even sing happy birthday. They will gossip about you in Japanese. The chubby japanese girl with Glasses is the worst, she expects you to understand Japanese and when you don't she looks down on you and will humilate you along with the owner. Do not ask any questions about the food or anything else for that matter, she will get an attitude and treat you badly. The food is great, but the customer service skills are lacking.



I will never go to this restaurant again, that is, unless they decided to hire more qualified professionals who know how to treat people appropriately.
