We have a new address and I understand how they wouldn’t know where it was the first time, but since then I have received a package. The lady I spoke to said she put the directions in her system. However, I am still not getting packages because of an “undeliverable address “. Ummmm...no we get mail there every day. Frustrating!!!!

Every time I am to receive a package for some reason it doesn't get delivered. Once it was no apt #, the house has been here over 100 yrs, no apt. Then he tried to take it across the street , I would never have gotten it . Tonight we waited now it's back in Lufkin because of weather, not even raining here. I know your driver is scared of our dog, I have told him just honk and we will come to you. If he can't do his job then he doesn't need to be there! I'm getting tired of this b.s., 3 books is all I had. We have had stuff sent to other people's house to avoid using UPS here. Guess I will drive over an hour to pick up my stuff since your driver can't , are y'all going to pay for my gas?

I was to be sent a package. I have been paying for the device now over 2 months. Every time ups says it's on the truck out for delivery.
Just when do I get it?
