Provided by YP.comWe have a new address and I understand how they wouldn’t know where it was the first time, but since then I have received a package. The lady I spoke to said she put the directions in her system. However, I am still not getting packages because of an “undeliverable address “. Ummmm...no we get mail there every day. Frustrating!!!!

Provided by SuperpagesMy husband is disabled and does most of his shopping online. This is the 2nd day in a row that UPS has "delivered" his packages to our trash can located out by the road. There's a visible driveway to our house, but they seem to think the trash can is a perfect place to leave stuff! If we had the choice of shipping companies, it WOULD NOT be UPS.

Provided by YPmobileEvery time I am to receive a package for some reason it doesn't get delivered. Once it was no apt #, the house has been here over 100 yrs, no apt. Then he tried to take it across the street , I would never have gotten it . Tonight we waited now it's back in Lufkin because of weather, not even raining here. I know your driver is scared of our dog, I have told him just honk and we will come to you. If he can't do his job then he doesn't need to be there! I'm getting tired of this b.s., 3 books is all I had. We have had stuff sent to other people's house to avoid using UPS here. Guess I will drive over an hour to pick up my stuff since your driver can't , are y'all going to pay for my gas?

Provided by SuperpagesI am a former home business owner and have dealt with UPS for many years. I appreciate what they do tremendously. I had a situation today and had to call. After the call, I took the survey also ... but wanted to leave this for others. I received assistance for a package delivery today. The representative had to refer it to another area, but I was placed on hold briefly as she messaged the department with the particulars. She was very helpful and very professional with suggestions. Thanks!

Provided by SuperpagesI only gave them one star because I couldn't give a lesser one. Our package was 'delivered' to the USPS loading dock this morning but said no one was there to receive it. They took it back to their facility and will try to deliver again on Tuesday. This is Friday!!!!! I even asked to pick up my own package and I'm not ''allowed" to. Said it would break the agreement they have with the customer. Aren't we the customer as well??? Now we have to wait at least 4 more days to receive this package. If I have the opportunity to choose the shipping company, you can bet it won't be UPS. Undesirable Pukie Service. You used to be a great shipping company but not anymore.

Provided by SuperpagesFound a BLANK UPS InfoNotice on our front door this afternoon. Not one box was checked on the form. We called the Lufkin Office and were told the package would be delivered Monday. Would have been helpful to have information filled out on the form such as the next delivery attempt with the estimated time indicated as options available on the form. Every space on the form was left blank- no sender, date etc. Good thing the notice number was preprinted.. Not up to the UPS quality we are accustomed to.

Provided by SuperpagesUPS lost my package, on hold with the 1-800 number over 30 minutes and they dropped my call. Tried to call back and it won't let me through, message from UPS says call volume too high call again later. So much for shipping something the first week of December...TERRIBLE JOB UPS!!!!!
