ive been using VIP after a bad experience at my former salon. now it seems i will need to find another salon. i went in for a manicure on my wedding day of all days and was treated like trash. they were very stuck up and snotty. i lost my debit card and had to write a check. i was told by one staff member it was fine. then before my nails were even painted i was forced to pay. one member after a discussion in a foreign tongue with my manicurist walked up to me and said you cant just walk in here and write a check like that. my manicurist painted my nails and moved onto the next customer. when i got up to leave after sitting there for 15 minutes not spoken to, no one said thank you or goodbye. im done with this salon.
