I've been very pleased with the service of the office staff and vets. They are very attentive to my pets and kind to owners. The staff is knowledgeable and experienced. The only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is because once my cat had to stay overnight and 3 different vets examined her, so I got charged a fee for each one. Wasn't a fan of that. Still, I'm taking my cats back because the vets are just great with them.

This clinic deserves less than 1 star. I brought my new puppy in for her first visit, the vet weighed her, crammed a pill down her throat, even after I told her that the puppy gets car sick, then gave her a injection. She never listened to her heart, lungs or abdomen or told me what she was going to do or informed me of any side effects of the medications. I will not be taking my baby back to this clinic. They have no compassion for the pet or owner.
